This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of For Moms With Minis (the "Sponsor"), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

The Giveaway begins on May 10, 2026, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on May 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
There are two ways to enter, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win:
Method 1 — Referral Entry: During the Giveaway Period, share your unique For Moms With Minis newsletter referral link with friends. Each new subscriber who signs up using your referral link and confirms their subscription will earn you one (1) entry into the random drawing.
Method 2 — Reply Entry: During the Giveaway Period, reply to any For Moms With Minis newsletter email and share something about yourself (such as the age of your child or the children you teach). Each reply will earn you one (1) bonus entry into the random drawing. No purchase or referral is necessary.
Entry Limit: A maximum of twenty-five (25) total entries per person across both methods combined. Any entries received after the Giveaway Period ends, or that exceed the entry limit, will not be counted.
One (1) winner will receive a $100 USD Amazon.com gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100 USD. Total prize pool: $100 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The prize is provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or around June 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their newsletter subscription within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the specified time, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner's first name and last initial may be announced in a future For Moms With Minis newsletter email.
By entering this Giveaway, you agree:
To release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered entries; technical failures of any kind; or any combination thereof.
That the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.
Information submitted in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with the For Moms With Minis privacy policy. By entering, you consent to the Sponsor's collection and use of your information for the purpose of administering this Giveaway.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Beehiiv, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Pinterest, or any other third-party platform. Amazon is not a sponsor of this Giveaway. The $100 Amazon.com gift card is awarded by the Sponsor only.
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address listed in Section 2 within sixty (60) days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
