Summer Themed Read and Circle
PreK and Kindergarten Worksheets

In my newsletter, For Moms With Minis, I share free activity printables designed for kids aged 2-5. These fun activities help little ones practice colors, numbers, letters, fine motor skills, and more. Don’t worry if your child can’t do everything just yet—each activity is designed with different levels of difficulty in mind. The key is to have fun, be patient, and enjoy the time spent together. Every bit of practice counts, and I’m here to support you along the way!

This reading activity helps early learners practice word recognition and picture association. Each sentence starts with “I see a...” and kids must read the sentence, look at the row of pictures, and circle the one that matches the words. It’s great for building confidence with sight words and reinforcing vocabulary. The fun, summery illustrations—like kites, crabs, and cameras—make it easy for kids to stay engaged. It’s a gentle way to support early literacy skills in a fun and familiar way.
