Summertime Kids Worksheet Printables

In my newsletter, For Moms With Minis, I share free activity printables designed for kids aged 2-5. These fun activities help little ones practice colors, numbers, letters, fine motor skills, and more. Don’t worry if your child can’t do everything just yet—each activity is designed with different levels of difficulty in mind. The key is to have fun, be patient, and enjoy the time spent together. Every bit of practice counts, and I’m here to support you along the way!

This page is a fun color-sorting activity perfect for practicing visual recognition and color matching. Kids are given three colors—purple, blue, and orange—and a row of pictures below to cut out. Each image is shaded in one of the three colors and ready to be sorted into the correct column. It’s a great hands-on way to reinforce color names while using scissors and glue to build fine motor skills. Whether your child is just learning their colors or reviewing what they already know, this one’s a hit. Plus, who doesn’t love seeing everything nice and organized?
